Actualmente está desarrollando un Comentario Exegético en veinte volúmenes sobre el texto griego del Nuevo Testamento. Es autor de más de cuarenta y cinco libros de teología, comentarios bíblicos y temas de la vida cristiana. Estudió teología en el Instituto Bíblico Evangélico y tiene una Maestría en Cristología y Espiritualidad Trinitaria. Samuel Pérez Millos ha trabajado desde 1981 como pastor de la Iglesia Evangélica Unida de Vigo, España.
